Varsayılan Do you have a special law for legal advisor

Romanian lawyers are splited these days in a "war" because of the
request of legal advisors to be accepted without exam in the Bar
Associations.
The legal advisors are a kind of lawyers working full-time for companies,
they have the right to represent in court only the companies for which
they are working.
I'd like to know if in Turkey there is any difference between legal advisors
and the other lawyers(members of Bar Associations)? If there are
differences I'd like to know which laws are applied for legal advisor
profession and where I can find them?
I shall prepare here for a newspaper a comparative study and I really
need this information.
You can indicate me even turkish links because I red and understand
turkish quite well.
Thank you.
