As far as I know, the coroner's job is examining dead persons, trying to
establish cause of, time of death, if body is unidentified (slang: John or
Jane Doe)examining for approximate age, identifying marks as operation
scars, birthmarks etc. - but as I also don't know what this person is called
in Turkish legal system,and under which department (s)he belongs, I hope
this will help some Turkish lawyer to answer the first question about this
subject?
