Could you please kindly direct me to and and all laws in the Turkish Legal Code with regard to the regulation of labor recruitment agencies. I am looking for information specifically regarding recruiters hiring foreign nationals to work in Turkey, and agencies that help place Turkish nationals in jobs outside of Turkey. For example, do labor recruiters have to apply for a government license? Are they subject to periodic audits? Do they enforce labor contracts or help to broker this through the hiring party?, etc.
