My Husband is French Turkish and he got married in France, his Ex wife opened a court in Turkey whilst they were finalising the divorce in France.

The divorce was finalised and she did not want anything from him in France and claimed the kid she has is not his. But in the Turkish court she is claiming the child is his and wants maintenance from him and money and Gold.

My husband sent the divorce papers to the Turkish Court, would he be able to win this court even though they did not get married in turkey?
