Hi,

Both my parents are turkish, they were both born and raised in Turkey and moved to Canada before I was born. I was born in Canada, and am only a Canadian citizen.

My dads brother lives in Turkey, and has never been married, has no children, and both parents passed away a long time ago. For direct family, he only has a brother, who is my father. Last I heard my uncles health has been deteriorating. Two questions, first of all is there such a thing as a "will" in turkish law? Secondly, if he doesn't have a will, who is the direct beneficiary? Would it be his brother, or his descendants ( eg: me and my brother )?
