Dear Polish Law Student,
Yes we have “The Rules of Profession of Attorneyship” composed of 50 articles in Turkey which is equivalent of "Code of Advocate's / Legal Adviser's ethics". These rules have been adopted by The Union of Turkish Bar Associations in January 8-9,1971 and they are already in force.
Unfortunately there is not English or Polish translation of that text as far as I am concerned.
