I had a holiday in Turkey and broken a water motorcycle in my hotel.
1.I need to know, who have to pay: Turkey insurance company or me (it is not my fault. The motorcycle had bad condition)?
2.Must the people, who have a water sport business, have an insurance of the motorcycle?
