Currently I'm writing an essay about a comparison between Turkish and German Law regarding copyright (Telif hakkı*)and the personal rights of the creator (manevi hakkı*) and the general personal rights (kişisel haklar*). As you can probably imagine it is hard to find any literature about Turkish Law in Germany, especially about general personal rights (Art. 23-27 of the Turkish Civil Code), not to mention their relationship to the rights of a creator.

Does anyone know if I can find relevent literature on the internet? Or has anyone access to it and could send a scan to me via email?
