i dont think its just like that. you (in this case your wife i mean) may study law even if you are wed to a foreign citizen, but you cant be a judge or public prosecutor when you finished the school because of the marriage with a foreign citizen.(2802/8-e) theres a straight rule for judges and public prosecutors. but as your question theres no such prohibition (at least i didnt see any) about being lawyer in code of attorneyship. the only rule about the citizenship is "if you want to be a lawyer in T.C. you have to be a citizen of T.C."
