Tapu Problem

Hi there, can you give me some advice. We gave our estate agent power of attorney. We have now looked at our Tapu and the details are incorrect. The amout paid is far less than we actualy paid and our appartment is shown with the separate complex next door. The builder did this as it keeps his tax bill down. We are a small complex of 6 and bought this so we didn't have any problems. Please advise what we can do to have the correct details on our Tapu.

These kind of divergence in the Land register ("Tapu") is immaterial for the transfer of the title.That is to say the immovable belongs to you regardless of the amount shown. However it is strongly advisable for you to contact with the seller of the house in order to avoid such concerns on your side.
