Hi,

I work for a travel firm, who have paid a gulet operator for a customer's holiday.

The gulet owner accepts we have paid for the holiday but says he is owed money by our agent in Turkey for cruises that we know nothing about.

It would seem that the agent had been booking them under my firms name but keeping the booking for himself.

What recourse in law do we have against both the gulet operator and the agent.
