I really need some help and want thank everybody in advance!

1. Are there statutory and /or implied warranties in turkish law?
2. what are the regulations concerning a transfer of contract?
3. is there a limitation of liability regarding a contract for labour?
4. is it true that all these rules are the same as in swiss law?
