I work for a firm of personal injury solicitors. We handle personal injury claims for clients who have had accidents abroad, namely Turkey. Although we are dealing with the package tour company in the UK, they always claim that we must prove that local standards have been breached. My question is how do we find out what the local standards are in Turkey? We have tried contacting the Embassy but they just say they will call us back and never do.

Any help or assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
