Hi everyone,

I`m handling with the very theoretical discussion about validity of bogus deals (muvazaa) concerning real estate. I know, that there is a difference in Turkey between "tapusuz taşınmazlar" and "normal taşınmaz"....can annyone of you give an example of what kind of real estate "tapusuz taşınmaz" can be? In Germany every real estate and every right concerning real estate has to be registered, so we don`t have this kind of "tapusuz" real estate...Wherefromdo I know, if a right or etate is "tapusuz"?
