Thank you for your replay. Will I need to request this decision from a Turkish court or will a decision rendered by a U.S. State court be sufficient? Also, I am interested in speaking with (and perhaps hiring) an English speaking Turkish attorney who is familiar with Turkish banking laws to obtain the information requested, if necessary.
