Is it correct that a new law has recently been passed in which the previous procedure in which
1) a Bank gave a loan against security and it was only paid out for 6 months
2) Than the loan had to be repaid after the 6 months
3) the loan was re-granted for another 6 months
that this is no longer possible.
What has replaced this sytem
