My brother died in Turkey a few months ago. He and his British wife had a Turkish company, land and property. We do not know if he had a will, either in Turkey or UK. How do we find out? He leaves a daughter, sister, and both parents. Who inherits - wife or rest of family? The property has not been sold and the company remains - how will we know when she sells it?
