I own a house within a village. I now want to sell the house. Some people say it can be sold to foreigners and some people say it cannot. It is registered residential dwelling on the tapu and is in the centre of a village.

Two other foreigners own houses within the village in their own names but they bought several years ago.

Will a foreigner get military permission to own my house and how can I get proof for buyers as there is a lot of confusion around.
