I have registered a company in Turkey and I want to employ foreigners in my company.

I have heard that there is a law that permits you to employ one foreigner for each 4 citizen of Turkey you have employed.

So you have to employ 4 citizens of Turkey to be able to employ one foreigner.

Is this information correct?

Also is it correct that a consultant (for example financing consultant) can only be hired for 3 months?
