In order for you to be admitted into the Turkish Bar System, you have to prove that you are a graduate of any Turkish or foreign law school first. Then, those who are graduates of any foreign law school should document that they have completed any missing subjects with regards to the related curriculum of a Turkish law school by passing the required exams. Therefore, you have to directly apply to any law school administration first. Only after you have completed those courses and taken the exams will you be eligible for the training session at the bar.
