I live in the EU - my husband is Turkish. We are considering to set up a company and sell goods in Turkey (I would say, EU and Turkish products) a shop or something like that. I would like to know basic information on the process of setting up a company, who can own it, how much does it cost, what are the major tax item to pay continuously, how is it possible to buy or rent commercial property, etc. I need background information before we decide to do so -so not all the small details but a good overview.
