Good afternoon, dear all.
I am a lawyer practicing in Russia. Could honourable colleagues, please, advise me on where I can find the full text of new Turkish Commercial Code No.6102 (date of adoption 13/1/2011) in English? It would be a great help, for my knowledge of Turkish is yet, unfortunately, not as good as to read the legal text.
